our breast friend: rocker mama

as a breastfeeding mother, you need space. you need comfort. you need to be able to nurse or pump pretty much anywhere—in the nursery, in the office, out and about, en route and at gatherings great and small, to name a few.

we’ve had plenty of moms nurse and pump on board Barb and have several cozy places to offer. some in the mix of the community and others in more private, quiet spaces. most recently, we added a really cool, functional, kind of have-to-have-it, piece on the bus and moms (nursing and not) have been raving.

they’ve nursed and rocked. they’ve rocked babies to sleep. they’ve rocked for their own comfort. they’ve sat feeling soothed and really, really comfortable.

meet one of our new breast friends: rocker mama.

the rocker mama is a soft, portable rocker for you and your little one. you already know that steady back-and-forth sway is one of our most primal mama instincts, and we know how hard it can be to keep moving forward when sleep deprived and out-and-about (especially when the back pains and neck aches of holding babe to boob can start to creep in). the classic ready rocker has an innovative, ergonomic, and lightweight design that has put the bounce back in on many a milk-stained, tear-filled days. 

rocker mama’s thoughtful and strong mama-founder Milena felt the constraints of traditional rocking when she was nourishing her little one. she asked herself: why can’t I rock my baby from the comfort of my own bed? at the dinner table? at the park? and then she built a mission around her own answer – a ready rocker that (truly) rocks.

we loved taking our classic ready rockers on tour—to those who need a good tiny space solution, those looking for more comfort, those with babies who just need movement and more. we’re so grateful that our incredible friends can help make your day just a little bit easier, one tiny rock at a time.
