We’ll celebrate with friends and families at Lalo-Palooza, a free outdoor music series featuring Brooklyn's own award-winning children’s performer Suzi Shelton and a diverse cast of guest musicians!

Barb, the Breast Express, is pulling up to the WIC Clinic Greater Lawn, in partnership with CDPH and Pumpspotting. This event is a morning gathering of support and empowerment for baby-feeding families to learn about maternal health and postpartum support.

We’re honored to be coming together with the Chicago Department of Health, CDPH, who works with communities and partners to create an equitable, safe, resilient and Healthy Chicago, WIC, a federally funded program that helps ensure a healthier generation by providing prescriptive, nutrient dense foods, targeted nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and linkage to primary and preventive care.

The Breast Express bus is pulling up to Waterfront Park in San Diego for a conversation with Dr. Marcy Crouch, The Down There Doc, and Attn: Grace where we chat about how to heal postpartum and how to embrace all that comes with motherhood, including those fun leaks we all experience! It will be a morning of learning + sharing, with a side of caffeine.

Bring a soft blanket for a guided exercise session where Dr. Marcy will share her favorite pelvic floor exercises to build strength while you recover.
